Why YogAlign ?

YogAlign practices are based on achieving natural alignment, core strength, and functional movement while maintaining the spine's natural curves.

We focus on creating muscle tone, lymph drainage and great aligned posture with specific breathing techniques, which engage and relax muscles, rather than complicated, fast paced poses.

YogAlign encourages active muscle actions and the avoidance of passive stretching in any body position.

YogAlign eliminates traditional yoga poses that may cause injuries, offering safer alternatives that mimic real-life movements. We may do sun salutations and spinal twists but the execution will be quite different than yoga flow classes

This approach is not only safer and suitable for any age but a better posture can often be seen after just one class. Further, in every class we teach self massage to warm up and encourage mitochondria function and neuromuscular reprogramming to recalibrate muscle tension and improve agility, balance and stability in movement.
