I 've always been an active person with a keen interest in sports, nutrition and healthy living. Raising a family, looking after my 5 children and their wellbeing proved to be challenging, leaving me with little time for myself.
I eventually started my yoga journey when my two sisters were diagnosed with cancer. Practising yoga felt extremely beneficial not just for my physical health, but also mental wellbeing during this difficult time.
However, whilst qualifying as a RYS yoga teacher I suddenly suffered from severe back pain. Through research, I came across Michaelle Edwards and her YogAlign method. Since practising and teaching this approach to yoga I have cured my back pain and hope to pass on what I have learnt to others.
I have completed my 200h RYS yoga teacher training and 70h of YogAlign posture education.
I am also a qualified yoga bananas teacher, xbody EMS instructor and holistic massage therapist, completed level 1 and 2 in Usui Reiki healing and attended various courses in I- rest yoga nidra.
